@runthecircus, yeah, skiing the Rockies is totally different than it is around here. Actually use different equipment when I've skied out there.

@holycow,
let me clarify. was in PC with ex, his sister and her hubby. the hubby was a GOOD skier, my ex was better than average and the 2 of us girls had absolutely NO desire for speed, height, difficulty! we stuck to green circles with NO desire for increasing the difficulty. we did venture onto a few blue diamonds and identified them as "innies" and "outies"... innies were always easier. instead of waiting 30-45 minutes in lift line for a run that only seemed a few minutes long... we took a half hour gondola ride all the way to the top and then worked our way down on green circle slopes.

@runthecircus , I'm a double black diamond skier. The harder and more challenging, the better.

Reading the news here at Politics and stuff. Where else can your learn the truth. Fuzzems just never knows if i am serious or not. I know i am a clown. I spent the first 50 years of my life working hard even a manager and a foreman and had to be serious. Now i dont have to so most of the time i am having fun. Plus i like to poke at Fuzzems.

Another nothing doing day, winter can be boring. We did walk 20 laps around the goat field yesterday, took about an hour.
Felt good to stretch the legs a bit.
My Dw's stomach is bothering her like mine was last week, some kind of bug going around.
Who knows what we pick up from all those people at the rink.

I am soooooooooooo glad this week is over. Boy, oh boy, customers were really in foul moods all week. I popped off to a few of them. I get that we all have our problems, but geez oh, I didn't cause yours (g).
Two days off and going to be pretty cold with daytime temps just in the low 20s. But, middle of next week, temps are going to rise near 60! Woohoo! That damned groundhog was wrong. We're going to get an early spring, damnit.
Tomorrow, tackling my taxes. Hopefully I'll get a decent return. Planning to make soup, not sure if I want bean or potato. Maybe both.
