Woke up to 50° this morning.
Rain isn't supposed to start till this afternoon.
Need to run to the farm supply first thing, the chicken waterer broke it's locking pin last night from rust.

I sometimes add chocolate chips or peanut butter chips but never raisins.

It's cold and windy so it's an inside kind of day. though raisins are probably the norm for oatmeal cookies... the addition of chocolate chips (semi-sweet) would be a major plus. ooh, how about toffee chips?! ETA: imo... a big, chewy oatmeal cookie is close enough to breakfast to be HEALTHY, right!? |

I don't eat raisins in anything but I will eat them out of the box. I was traumatize by a raisin that wasn't a raisin as a child.

I was traumatize by a raisin that wasn't a raisin as a child. my sil was NOT happy with me when she found out my niece (about 2 yo at the time) and i had shared the better part of one of those big boxes of "zins". i can still hear her yelling... "what the HELL did you feed this kid?!?" |

Awoke to 4 o this morning, Brrrrrr. Up and out the door by 6:30 for work. A weird day there as it's the first of the month and EBT money came out. Lots of people shopping today; most of whom were pretty rude. One day I'll get fired for being rude back.  Glad the day is over and I'm home comfy cozy ........ until tomorrow morning.  |

We still have our winter storm warning, but doesn't start till noon today.
It's raining right now.
Got the errands run yesterday, all the outside work done.
Even gave the chickens extra so I wouldn't have to mess with them in the rain/snow today.
With luck I will not have to go outside till tomorrow.
