 Where or where is the sun? It's been a week without it. Whoever has it, please send it my way! I'm solar powered and my batteries are drained.  Seriously though, it's so dang gloomy and damp and chilly and ugh.
Not much going on for me today. If the rain stops, I'm going to tend to the laundry but it's not looking good. Don't want to get soaked walking across the parking lot to the laundry building. Guess I'll settle in yet again and find something to clean or do in the apartment.
I watched the new flick with Clooney and Pitt called "Wolfs" on apple tv yesterday. It was pretty good. They're a good duo and play well together. lol

 Good afternoon my friends. It's a lovely but hot and humid one here today. But cooler weather is on it's way in a few days. Our wildflowers are going crazy! The bees and butterflies are very happy. Zero plans for the day, want to do some cleaning. Need to sort though clothes I never wear (work clothes) and decide to either start wearing it around the house or donate it. Half my walk in closet is stuff I haven't worn since moving here. So I hope to start looking at that today. Hope you are all having a wonderful Saturday! |

slept in LATE... barely outta bed. iggles play in about 20 minutes. Justbec, i'm also doing a bit of a purge f clothing. way too much and a lot that I haven't worn in a few years. have appointment for VVA (Vietnam Veterans of America) to pick up on Wednesday, so will be walking around bags for next few days. |

Hello! Well, it's not raining but it is misty, totally cloudy, damp, windy and chilly. Make it go away . . . pwease! Had company stop by this morning to visit. Been puttering around the house, dishes, bed, vacuuming. Now, trying to watch some TV but am not enjoying it as the witch below me is home with her unruly kids who've been banging, slamming, screaming, cursing and carrying on for hours now.  I just wish they'd move. I don't understand why the site manager would put them in here when 90% of the complex is elderly. Oh well.
That's about it for me. Hope y'all are enjoying your Sunday!

 Good afternoon all. We finally have some cool weather and opened all the windows last night. It is in the 60's today and looking to be lovely out. Been watching footage of the damage in Tennessee and North Carolina. It's heartbreaking to see all that destruction. Meanwhile we send Billions to Zelensky. 🤬 But I digress. No plans for the day, just the usual stuff. Animals and figuring out what to make for dinner. I hope you all have an amazing day! |

 Hello my friends! Another cool and lovely day here. I actually had to switch out of shorts and put on long pants! Still have tee shirts on thought. It's 58F at the moment. Hubby found the cutest garter snake under the garbage cans this morning. He called me to look at it and I carefully picked it up then hubby took it and put in the wildflowers where the sun was shining. He was a big one too, about a foot and half long. I guess he was looking for a warm place to sleep. No plans for the day, Just the usual stuff around the house. Have a wonderful day gang! |

FINALLY, got off my ass and started a re-organization of "pantry" items... dry/canned goods mostly. was not at all surprised to find that there are some items that I will not need to buy again for a long, LONG time.
done working on that... will finish up tomorrow. watched last half hour or so of "Poltergeist" for the zillionth time. and starting the zillionth time watching "the Exorcist".
