'NAME THAT PERSON' CHALLENGE:
"I was born in the city of Vienna in 1914 and grew up to have a brief film career in Europe, which included a controversial love-making scene in a German film. My first husband was a wealthy Austrian military arms merchant and I would often accompany him to business meetings where he conferred with scientists and other professionals involved in military technology. Years later, I became a famous Hollywood leading actress in the 1930's and '40's, and during WW2, co-invented a frequency-hopping system for controlling torpedoes. A patent for the invention was awarded later on - it served as a basis for modern spread-spectrum communication technology used in some cordless and wireless telephones today! I was married 6 times and had 2 biological children and an adopted son. Who am I?"
