I really think it's subjective. I watch videos by World According to Briggs where he reviews stats and makes lists of places to live, good and bad. Pretty interesting and the guy did stand up so I get a good chuckle.

Yes it is. It's going to depend on the person and what they like. Some people love it warm to hot and some love it warm to cold. I'm not of fan of sand and salt water or heat. Guess that's why I'm in Minnesota. LOL
