Maybe twice a year I take a nap is all. Never been a good sleeper. Not sure what my average is because it differs each night.

haven't had a good night's sleep in YEARS. would love to go to bed after the news and actually fall asleep then. last night... or should I say this morning... was still awake at almost 5:00. finally fell asleep and woke up at NOON.

naps... yes... my busy calendar usually has plenty of space for naps.
