My parents have been introducing LOTR to the boys. They love it. We all walk around imitating that little creepy thing that says "my precious" all the time.

have never watched/read anything LOTR. and no desire to read/watch either.
never saw an episode of GOT, either. was pretty much house bound after breaking my are for around 6 months. brother came to visit and brought a giant tote full of THICK paperbacks from GOT. i tried... really tried to get into one, but didn't last 100 pages.
have always known who quentin tarantino is. had never watch any of his films. i worked with a special needs kid who ONLY watched martial arts movies. he was also an expert on cars... makes, models, HP etc. i kept telling him he really should watch "The Blues Brothers". then he called me on it. he gave me an assignment to watch "Kill Bill".... 1 & 2. i have no idea how many times i've watched them since. when he finally watched Jake & Elwood, he was very quick to tell me more cars were wrecked in that film than any other.

june You broke your “are?” I’m assuming that’s ARM Hope it has healed yep, meant arm. healed... not completely. was upper arm, several breaks, surgery, rod/screws. messed up shoulder maybe 60-70% normal. hand totally f-ed up. at lest i'm not left-handed. |
