No, none. I had my teeth fixed, my legs fixed when I was a toddler, laser hair removal. That's it. I consulted with a plastic surgeon at a dinner party (he was the husband of a friend) about having my ear "pinned" and he talked me out of it.
I'm not opposed to it. But so many celebrities look horrible and would have been better if they let themselves age naturally, IMO. But I have had friends who look great after it.

went to HS with a guy with horrible ears... like they came off his head at 900 angles. other kids were HORRIBLE to him. he had them fixed by first reunion.

I see nothing wrong with plastic surgery. There are many very good indications for it. I think it becomes a problem when your become overly wrapped up it.
