4) They make token payments out of court to eliminate the nats buzzing about.  No surprise that there are shyster lawyers out there if you look hard enough, and people who will use them.

If there was a recall in place, I would determine if Ford had a remedy in place and ask the plaintiff what actions he or she took to fix the problem through Ford’s remedy.
