NOT pain and sufferingFew points to note; 1) The obvious reason of why you would have to go through 5/6 lawyers to take this case. 2) Impossible to prove the recall was at fault, when the driver caused the accident. Vehicles are carrying fuel that burns, crashing while sleeping can cause fires outside of recall issues. 3) If he didnt go to sleep while driving, the accident would not have happened, negating the 'ultimately Ford's fault' statement. 4) They make token payments out of court to eliminate the frivolous. No surprise that there are shyster lawyers out there if you look hard enough, and people who will use them. |
