Why is everyone so gaga over these Blackstone grills? It simply is cooking on a flat griddle. I can do that inside the house. No flame is kissing the meat, what is the point!

never heard of this grill before, so hadda go take a look. i just wish my apartment complex allowed grills... gas or charcoal.
