I always wondered how this was okay . . . “(CNN) Spencer Elden, who appeared as a naked baby on the cover of Nirvana's 1991 album "Nevermind," has claimed the record's iconic artwork is child pornography and is suing the band over alleged "child oingo boingoual exploitation." The rock album's cover features Elden, then an infant, swimming underwater while undressed, his eyes fixated on a one dollar bill. It became one of the most enduring images in rock music after the record's release. I really like Nirvana and that's a great album. I was kind of surprised they could sell it with that cover at the time.

I really like Nirvana and that's a great album. I was kind of surprised they could sell it with that cover at the time. Led Zeppelin’s Houses of the Holy also contains a shocking album cover that I never understood what made it okay. |

I will say that you would think he would try suing for more. There is 40 something million in Kurt Cobain’s estate.

I will say that you would think he would try suing for more. There is 40 something million in Kurt Cobain’s estate. Does it go to his wife and daughter? I am not sure all who is listed on the estate. CNN listed Courtney Love as being on it. I would hope his daughter is too. |

Does it go to his wife and daughter? I am not sure all who is listed on the estate. CNN listed Courtney Love as being on it. I would hope his daughter is too. Didn't her daughter Frances Bean sue her mom and move in with her grandmother years ago?I thought Love was out of it? |
