i think lemon grass gets used as a flavoring in several Asian dishes. not really something you eat... no side of lemon grass. kinda tough but gives that lemon flavor. might be used in BIG pieces to add lemon flavor and then fished out before serving.m

I use lemongrass for lot's of things. It's also pretty and smells good on the window sill.

You don’t just EAT it
I’ve been to a Thai place a couple times
What I like is that you can choose how spicy you want your food
Salad is good too
