ever done it?
when first married (early 70s) locked myself out of the apartment. there was not really any place to hide a key that wasn't obvious. eventually back in an apartment. CAN"T lock myself out cuz i have to use the key to lock the door once outside. WRONG! i had apartment/mailbox/laundry room keys on a small ring clipped to the rest of the keys. had just gotten home from brother on day after thanksgiving and discovered apartment kids were GONE!! brother lives about 70 miles away. i called him and sure enough he found the keys laying on his front yard lawn.
when i first moved into a house, new/great neighbor introduced himself by showing me how to break in to my own house. locked myself out once. picture me climbing thr a rather arrow windo with dog giving me that LOOK.
locked myself out of my car once... was a library using their computers. keys had fallen out of pockets and there they were on the front seat. a job for AAA!
so when did you experience that sudden sinking feeling as you heard the lock click shut and you could SEE your keys on the other side?
