outlaw, Here you go. Go to google images. www.google.com/imghp?hl=en&tab=wi

Find an image you like. Click on it. Then right click on it. Click on open image in a new tab. I image will come up in a new tab. Copy & paste the url.

Click on your profile. On the right hand side click on edit profile. Then click on upload link. Where is says: Or Link an image from the internet:

In the space below that copy & paste the image you selected from google. Click on link image. Then click on Save Avatar Changes.

That's it.
