Bacon is probably one of the North America's favorite foods. There is even a phrase "everything's better with bacon". It really is ! It has to be actual bacon, not that fake stuff. Sometimes I fry it up old school in the pan, then after removing the bacon, in go the eggs cooked right in the bacon grease for added flavor. I'll baste the eggs with the bacon oil as they cook with a small plastic spoon. Yum ! |
