I made a package of bacon this morning in the air fryer. I had a couple slices for breakfast, then I put the rest in the fridge once cooled to have for sandwiches this week. I usually do it that way. One mess and done. The grease stays in the bottom and I can drain it off and save for cooking. Bacon grease is much better than olive oil.
