"Audit" shift at the Hotel I work at. I love my shift and job... 10% work, 90% goofing off on my laptop waiting for something to do (with full approval from the owner). |

It's nice to be needed at a job. But it’s NOT okay to be taken advantage of While that's true... who is taking advantage of whom? I get pretty decent pay (highest paid Night Auditor in the county... most get $9/hour around here, if they get that). I get to work indoors, in a climate controlled environment. I get to spend the largest portion of my paid work-time doing personal enjoyment things (message boarding, watching YouTube & movies, playing Cities: Skylines , et cetera).
I get free lodging if I'm ever "stuck at work due to weather" (snowed in or something). |
