Madison Police arrested Dalton L. Duncil 28, Madison,Indiana, after an investigation into child abuse allegations. Duncil, still incarcerated in the Jefferson County Jail, was charged with battery to a child resulting in serious bodily injury L-3 felony and neglect of a dependent / child L-3 felony.

Child abuse happens EVERYWHERE EVEN IN HICKSVILLE I'm surprised you'd admit to living in Hicksville. Of course no part of Indiana isn't Hicksville.  Hoosiers, got to love them with their simplicity. BTW, I'm not going to Madison, I've heard about that place. |

I know of a family that talked about moving to Indiana after having trouble with CPS after hitting a kid with a spoon.

I was in 8th grade when Sylvia was tortured by her “mother.” I have seen the house And read the gory book Not The Basement Another one What sickens me the most about that story is how a few neighborhood kids would come over regularly to help torture her. It was a form of entertainment. |

I would never go to Hammond or Madison, to much general crime and child abuse.
Not my kind of a vacation.
I prefer nicer areas for relaxation & fun.
