We have one but it seldom gets used. If it wasn't me and flan it would be someone and flan. I wonder if fuzzems could set up a serious section where you're only allowed to post in the spirit of the read and you can be locked out of a thread if you sling insults?

That wasn't that bad, picture this American favorite breaded and on a platter, with onions and carrots all around. I can understand why flan loves them so much, yum. Now that is really cute!But I like mine more dressed! |

i think pieces would make the end result more palatable... when it doesn't look like the original critter. the hands/feet and FACE (with ears) are a bit off-putting to me. i only had rabbit one time. neighbors (both teachers) worked with a guy who raised chickens (actually more like raised eggs) and rabbits. his eggs were interesting... usually kinda dirty, but he said before cleaning the eggs didn't need the fridge. also not a lot of uniformity in their size... a few looked more like duck eggs... OUCH! for the rabbit... looked a lo like chicken thigh/drum. and it did taste just like chicken... at least to me. We collect our eggs in a wicker basket for the day, then every evening we wash them really good before they go into the refrigerator. I had to put our blind chicken down yesterday, she was an excellent layer, but suddenly got very ill 2 weeks ago and I didn't want her to suffer. Our chickens are pets, they follow me around in the yard when I'm outside. They're named and we keep them till they die, not just for eggs. They are very tame. This is one laying that I was hassling a bit. Our chickens were named lunch or dinner!lol. |
