For me, personally, nay. As a general question though, I'd say you must know your guests. If you know they can afford to travel to the destination you pick and have enough vacation time/PTO then sure go for it.

I think if you are having a destination wedding as family vacation then OK. But expecting every relative, friend, acquaintance to go and being mad if they don't is just being a Bridezilla

I've never been to a destination wedding, but I have flown to California for weddings. So I guess it was destination for me.
We have a wedding coming up in Maryland. We're staying in a hotel nearby so we don't have to drive home late at night and can have a drink or two and not worry. Is that destinationy enough?
