My brother was handcuffed for the same thing when he was 12 and he was white. It's ILLEGAL to be shooting bb guns no matter what color you are.

I would not but my sons TOY GUNS GUNS ARE NOT TOYS Larry felt their lives were not complete without a BB gun So he bought one that looked like a rifle (rather than a handgun) I relented My boys and a friend were shooting targets in an empty field Someone called the police My son was put in HANDCUFFS AND The police confiscated the BB gun Kids have toy guns. They are TOYS ! Stop trying to make them into something they are NOT. BB guns can be illegal, GROW UP. |

It talked about throwing stars because apparently as "projectiles," they are similar to GUNS
