Every agency in the executive branch was understaffed thanks to trump. Furthermore his penchant for hiring lackeys as acting directors he could appoint without hearings and fire if they made him mad, had the administrative part of our government in chaos with morale at all time lows. As an administrator, trump sucked penis and he left a huge mess behind for Biden to clean up. Trumps overall mismanagement affected policy and has created some of the conditions we see right now. Biden has been in office 7 months, if it is this way in 17 months then you can honestly say Biden made a mess. I believe that we're still operating on the last trump budget, so perhaps we consider the operating reality here instead of repeating Brietbart jibberish. In my employment life I was an executive director of an organization that served 8 counties. It ain't being president, but it does give a person some understanding of multi-departmental administration. |
