If I am eating out at a steakhouse why is it so hard to bring the A1 before or when the steak arrives? Was out last night and I asked very nicely when I ordered that we would like some of that. And the waitress made several trips back with appetizers, drinks etc. And then she brought the steak, no A1. Asked again and waited. I really want to have that with my first bite of steak not eat half of it without. Or if I wait the steak gets cold. So finally got up and went to find a bottle from another waitress. Geez

Yeah, that would be irritating. Fortunately I live in Kansas and restaurant staff know to bring the A1 before the steak comes. That's because they are steak eaters too.

I don’t like steak But when I ask for a Diet Coke I ask for extra ICE Yes I realize that I get less soda But I like ice I don't like steak or diet cokes.Both are bad for your health. |

People who insist on doing something even though you've expressly told them not to. I mentioned to a neighbor the other day that I'd forgotten to stop at the store for milk. But then said that it was okay because I really haven't been using it much and most of it was just going to waste. She said she was going to the store today and would pick me some up. I specifically told her not to because it wouldn't get used and would be wasted. Late this morning I get a text from her stating, "got you milk". *sigh* I texted back and reminded her I specifically told her not to and hope that she can make good use of it. It's nice when someone offers. But LISTEN to the actual answer! |
