I like a bit of pumpkin flavor. I like a pumpkin pie, pumpkin cake with cream cheese frosting or something like that. I dont' really want to drink it. And I dont' like cloves, too strong. When I make pumpkin pie i only use cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger. I don't really like allspice or clove

An attorney I worked for in the 80's made a coffee blend using cloves, allspice, and cinnamon, grinding everything together with coffee beans, and it was heavenly. I still use that blend to this day during fall and winter. Not every day, but often. I love it!

Those are the spices you put in a pumpkin pie or with pumpkin to make it taste good |
