 Good afternoon all. Running late today. Overslept a bit then hubby's computer downloaded Windows 11. He got a computer with 10 because some of his scan tools won't work with 11. So spent an hour trying to figure out how to keep it from installing. Tried something but not sure if it will work or not. Anyway I'm just now catching up and having coffee. On and off rain here but it is a little cooler so that's nice. Need to get my chicken marinating for dinner but that's about it. No plans really so I'll be around. Have a great day gang! |

 Hello my friends! I hope you are all having an amazing Friday so far. It looks like a lovely day out but is still pretty hot so probably won't do that weeding yet (darn  ). No real plans for the day. Should clean but don't want to. Have a pork shoulder I want to smoke but have to see how long it will take. We have a new Ninja woodfire oven/smoker that is great and faster than a regular smoker. So that's my day. Have a great day gang! |

 Hello my friends. Finally getting to my computer to catch up and have my coffee. Got side tracked cleaning around litter boxes that needed it. Zero plans for the day, have to cook for the dogs and no idea at all what us humans are going to have. In the mood for hot dogs so we'll see. Another hot one here but I think a cold front may move in soon. Monday the high is supposed to be 64. Fall is peeking in I guess. Have a wonderful day my friends. |

It's been cloudy and humid here. I miss the sunlight, although it's cooler. I got up early to water some plants before it got hot and spent the day so far watching YouTube vids.
I planted some corn not even knowing when they're ready to harvest. When I go out to water them, there's a little black widow spider that comes out to say good morning to me. She has a web nearby. I say that because instead of running to hide, she runs out where I can see her.

Good morning, peeps! Hope the day finds you all well and happy! It's a pretty nice start to the day here with a temp of 72 but the humidity is creeping up. Pop-up showers are expected throughout the day. Right now, sunshine!
For now, I'm settled in sippin my cuppa and watching Djokovic and Alcaraz fight it out for the gold in the Men's Single Tennis. Of course, I'm hoping it's Djokovic since this is the only event he's not won. Alcaraz will give him a run for the money though. After that, I'm hoping to get some laundry done.
That's about it for me. Hope y'all have a fabulous day!

 Hello my friends. I hope you are all having a good Sunday so far. We had a big storm roll through last night but thankfully no damage. A bit cloudy out now an chances of another storm. But tomorrow a cold front hits and the high will be 64. No plans here, need to cook for the dogs again and us humans. No idea what that will be. I have really been lazy lately but really don't care. got good amount of rain last night, though no noisy t-storm as promised predicted. has been rumbling off and on over past hour or so. still too hot/humid to do much of anything outside.

 Good morning/afternoon everyone. Running late as usual but finally having my coffee and catching up online. It is a beautiful day out. 70F and sunshine. We may take the dogs for a walk. Millie needs the exercise to lose weight and Allie needs it to build up the strength in her back legs. Other than that no real plans, just going to see where the day takes me.  Good morning my friends! I hope you are all having a great Thursday so far. It is absolutely beautiful here. 65F and sunshine. We finally got to open our windows for a change. No real plans for the day. We will walk the girls shortly then take them out for a second walk this evening. Feels so good to finally get a bit of exercise. I haven't done anything in a month. Need to make something for dinner, just don't know what. I'm bored with everything so nothing sounds good. Oh well, I'll come up with something. Have a great day gang! |

 Good morning my friends! I hope you are all having a wonderful Sunday so far. It is absolutely beautiful here. Only in the 60's and beautiful bright sunshine. Can't wait to get out and take the dogs for a walk. I may just take my Kindle and sit outside all day. Well except for cooking. Tonight is roasted/smoked chicken on the Ninja smoker.  Hello my friends. I hope everyone is having a great week so far. Yep it's another beautiful day here. I love early fall in Minnesota. I'm sure we'll get some more hot days but right now it's in the low 70's and sunshine. We planted wildflowers in the area we had cleared. Grass doesn't grow there and we decided to feed the butterflies, bees and hummingbirds instead. Not sure anything will bloom this year but hopefully next year for sure. No plans for the day, walking the dogs and cooking. Not too exciting but I'll take it. Have a great day gang! |

 What a dreary start to the day here. UGH! Totally socked in by clouds and the air is so thick with moisture you can cut it with a knife. Foggy, with temps in the upper 60s for now. Supposed to get some heavy downpours later this afternoon.
I'm 85% done the spare room!  Will get it finished today . . . well, I still have to go through some stuff in the closet but at least for Tuesday's inspection it'll be in order and tidied up. I have a few house plants to repot and then dust and run the vacuum. I need to promise myself to not be so lazy and let it get out of hand again. lol I also have a couple more bags of stuff for the Salvation Army.
I'm hoping the sun comes out for a little before the major rain moves in this afternoon. Other than that, I'm just sitting here sippin my cuppa and watching the morning news. What I should be doing is potting my plants while I'm watching the news. LOL
