CRT is based on using critical theory to assess the issue of racism.
Critical theory
A philosophical approach to culture, and especially to literature, that seeks to confront the social, historical, and ideological forces and structures that produce and constrain it. The term is applied particularly to the work of the Frankfurt School.
You guys know that CRT is correct. Racism in America is not just a collection of individual prejudices.
A prejudiced individual uses his/her individual prejudice to form legislation or policy, creates systemic or institutional racism. Now this is a fact and you know it.
For example, the Plessy decision in 1896 was made by 7 white men. These seven white men voted in favor of separate but equal: Melville Fuller, Stephen J. Field, Horace Gray, Henry B. Brown, George Shiras Jr., Edward D. White, and Rufus D. Peckham. Their vote based on their individual prejudices made segregation possible. It helped create a system that purposefully denied people who were not white rights. The Shelby Co decision was another one that now affects the political system. All kinds of things are passed by local governments that do the same thing. Individual prejudices in business affect hiring and promotions which means that institution is affected by racism.
So it's just plainly time whites stopped pretending and dropped the fake indignation about things that are proven to be a fact of life.

No one denies that racism happened in the past. A perfect example is Plessy v. Ferguson. But that's that past. This is the present.
Also worthy of note, since you bring up Plessy v. Ferguson, is that it was overturned... also "by 7 white men". I guess that you forgot that part of history... or in your racist indignation did you intentionally exclude it because you knew that it blew your false narrative to shreds?
