I have mine on right now. I put some seasoned chicken breasts, bone in with onions and potatoes in foil packets. So, should have some yummy dinner when I get home from work.

4 or 5 depending on how you count them. I have a small to keep dips or sauces warm, a medium sized one for just us, a large one for Sunday dinners, and a double one for cookouts or parties. I am lucky enough to have a huge pantry where I can keep a lot of my gadgets.

We have limited storage space Even though I bough a Bakers rack years ago The kitchen in a Marriott time share is twice the size of ours Fully stocked too

going into down-sizing a few years back had 2. one small and other lage oval shaped. i donated both to thrift store and bout the Aldi version of "instant-pot". i don't use it every day but like it more than old ones for one main reason... the ability to brown meat right in the same pot as final dish will cook. i can brown the meat for say beef stew or chili or baby-backs and then just dump in rest of ingredients. old crock-pots wouldn't do the browning. would have to get some color on stuff in a skillet and then everything in crock-pot to actually slow cook.

My large one (for Sunday dinners) is a West Bend. You can brown it in the pot on the stove, then drain or not and put it on the bottom. I haven't given in and bought and instapot yet.

I haven't given in and bought and instapot yet. you're crockpot is a "caddy"... not a yugo. there's this tv chef that specializes in Mexican food... rick bayless. he had a "slow cooker" where the insert went right on the burner to start a recipe. then insert went back into CP and rest of ingredients went in. you don't have to watch the video but can see this type slowcooker. insert is kinda matte black... cast iron, maybe? slightly OT, but on real instantpot liners. was in target within the last week or so. they had replacement liners for real instant pots. i don't know id thy would fit my aldi knock off. i have a "non-stick" insert which will eventually get scratched. target had stainless steel and non-stick inserts. if i think about it,i may just take my insert to target to see if either of the real ones would fit. they were $19.99.

Two plus an Instant Pot. The smaller one is ceramic and the larger one is stainless. The stainless one gets too hot but does have a "warm" function which is good if I'm having a party and just want to keep something warm for a buffet. I really don't use any of them that often.
